DMCA Copyright Policy

Last updated: May 4, 2026

603BTC LLC, operating Bitcoin Education Archive, Timechain TV, and Bitcoin Beats ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

About Third-Party Content on the Service

The Service displays publicly available video content hosted on YouTube via YouTube's official embedded player. We do not host, store, transcode, or modify any video files. All videos remain on YouTube's servers and are streamed directly from YouTube to the viewer through YouTube's iframe embed, subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

If you are the rights holder of a video appearing on the Service and wish to have it removed, you may:

  1. Recommended: Disable embedding of the video on YouTube directly through YouTube Studio. This will remove the video from the Service immediately and from any other site embedding it.
  2. Submit a takedown notice to YouTube directly under YouTube's copyright complaint process, which will remove the underlying video.
  3. Submit a DMCA notice to us as described below, and we will remove the embed from our Service.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content displayed on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (please provide the URL on our Service where the embed appears, and the YouTube URL of the underlying video);
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Note: Our Designated Agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. You may verify the registration at https://www.copyright.gov/dmca-directory/.

Please send notices only to the address above. Notices sent to other addresses or in incomplete form may not receive a timely response. We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.

Misrepresentations

⚠️ Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing. Please do not make false claims.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted (or, where applicable, that you embedded) was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside (or, if outside the U.S., the federal court in the district where we are located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file an action seeking a court order against you within 10–14 business days, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.

Self-Serve Content Removal

Artists and content creators who have uploaded material to Bitcoin Beats may revoke their royalty-free, non-exclusive license to the platform at any time by using the "Delete Track" option available on their artist profile page. Alternatively, you may request removal by emailing info.603btc@gmail.com. All copies will be removed from our servers within 48 hours of a valid removal request.

Prohibition on AI/ML Training

603BTC LLC does not use any content hosted on the Service — including user-uploaded audio, video embeds, metadata, user data, or artist profiles — for artificial intelligence training, machine learning model development, large language model fine-tuning, or any form of automated content generation. We strictly prohibit any third party from scraping, crawling, indexing, or otherwise using content accessible through the Service for AI/ML training purposes. Unauthorized use for AI training constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy to disable access to material and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Modifications to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
