These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bitcoin Education Archive, Timechain TV, and Bitcoin Beats (the "Service"), operated by 603BTC LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides a curated, channel-based interface for discovering publicly available video content hosted on YouTube. All video content displayed through the Service is streamed directly from YouTube via YouTube's official embedded player. We do not host, store, copy, transcode, modify, or redistribute any video files. The Service functions as an organizational and discovery layer; YouTube remains the source and host of all video content.
Your use of any video content on the Service is also governed by YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to YouTube's Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
If the Service offers account registration, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the security of your login credentials; (c) promptly notify us of any unauthorized access; and (d) accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

The Service itself — including the source code, design, logos, branding, original written content, and the channel-curation system — is owned by 603BTC LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Portions of the Service's source code are made available under a proprietary license (All Rights Reserved) and may be used in accordance with that license.
Video content displayed through the Service is owned by the respective YouTube creators or other rights holders. Nothing on the Service should be construed as granting any license or right to use any video content beyond what is permitted by YouTube's player and YouTube's Terms of Service. We claim no ownership of, and assert no rights over, any third-party video content embedded through the Service.
If you believe content displayed on the Service infringes your copyright, please review our DMCA Copyright Policy for instructions on submitting a takedown notice.
If the Service permits you to submit content — including but not limited to comments, forum posts, chat messages, music uploads, and channel submissions ("User Content") — you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license, and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.
For music or audio uploaded to Bitcoin Beats, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses for the underlying composition and sound recording, and that such upload does not infringe any third-party rights.
License revocation: You may terminate the non-exclusive, royalty-free license granted to the platform at any time by removing your content via the "Delete Track" option on your artist profile page, or by contacting info.603btc@gmail.com.
No AI/ML training: 603BTC LLC will never use any user-uploaded content for artificial intelligence training, machine learning model development, or automated content generation. We strictly prohibit third parties from scraping, indexing, or using content hosted on the Service for AI/ML training purposes. Any such use constitutes a violation of these Terms.
Points, tickets, and virtual rewards earned on the Service have no cash value. Sats withdrawals via the Lightning Network are non-refundable, subject to availability, and provided at our discretion. We are not a money transmitter, bank, or financial institution. We are not liable for any loss of cryptocurrency, including Lightning Network payments or tips, whether due to technical error, user error, or third-party failure. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any third-party video content displayed through the Service. We do not endorse the views, opinions, or recommendations expressed in any embedded video.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL 603BTC LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 603BTC LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right; or (d) any User Content you submit.
The Service relies on and integrates with third-party services, including YouTube. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration will be conducted in Plaistow, NH. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and DMCA Copyright Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
